I like to run in the mornings, it's like my coffee. It's been hard to get any significant runs in before work because I need to be in to my office between 730-8 and the sun doesn't come up until about 630am.. My husband cant run with me because of a heel issue so I have been hounding him to get his bike fixed up so he can ride while I run at 6am so I can at least get about 3 miles in before work. Today we finally did it! :huge sigh of relief: So we have decided that 2 days a week we will bike/run and 2 days we will ride the bikes to the gym (1.8 miles each way) and one day we will just go on a long bike ride together. This is a great step in the right direction.
We want to have another baby in the near future, so its key that I get this shit under control now so wont turn into a puffed up balloon again and try to have a somewhat fit pregnancy... I wont give up my chocolate milk though and you cant make me!

A few updates on the kids, my sweet boy Liam started 1st Grade this year! Time really is just flying by!
Amelia is talking like crazy and she LOVES to ride her bike. She got new sneakers the other day and now thinks she needs to play soccer every time she wears them.
